Tomorrow is Valentine's Day and I'm so excited! I know that not everyone is a huge fan of Vday but I know I am! I decided to kick off a series of giveaways that everyone can appreciate. shop at Whole Foods all the time so I was especially excited about that. All of the products created by Vita-Electric are vegan, cruelty-free, organic, and sustainably sourced. Plus they're planting a tree every 30 seconds to help save our planet.
I emailed them a few questions to learn more about their company as I anxiously await their WholeFoods launch. They just returned from a trip to Africa where they source many of their ethically sourced ingredients (how cool is that?)

xoR: Why is the environment so important to Vita-Electric?

xoR: How did you first become involved with TreeAid?
VE: The study—by scientists from the French agricultural research center CIRAD and the University of York in England—relied on satellite images and field work to develop population estimates and distribution models for three baobab species: Adansonia grandidieri, A. perrieri and A. suarezensis.
All three trees are currently listed as endangered on the IUCN Red List, which has not reassessed any Adansonia species since 1998. The study suggests that two of the species should now be reclassified as critically endangered. We should all help to keep Baobab Trees alive.

In the states, we will be doing the 2019 Emmys and much more. We have been incredibly busy preparing for the full launch of the product line and preparing for being in stores and selling on worldwide platforms. We look forward to continuing to grow and grow, whilst more importantly for us giving back to TREEAID and local communities, planting trees every 30 seconds and helping farmers to receive a fair wage and encourage and help them start their own businesses within agriculture. Helping to lift them out of poverty.
We are very passionate about the
NO plastic movement as well and are associated with Greenpeace for this and will actively do much more to raise awareness and campaign about the toxic plastic accumulation building up in our oceans. Additionally, we are in production of commercials not just for our products but also on the exploitation of forest animals in the forests that are being exploited for PALM OIL. We say no to Palm Oil and believe we are the perfect solution with our methodology and approach to working with Nature not against it whilst giving back.
